When an account is deleted, information associated with that account will be deleted or anonymized except for information we are permitted or required to retain for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of a person requesting deletion before processing the request.

Important: We are also working to ensure an account-deletion request path is readily available from within the Texas Fold’Em application.
